Clover Industries specializes in custom designing
single-stage and multistage (telescopic) cylinders, unique
and specific to the customer’s end application. We produce
hydraulic (petroleum, synthetic and water-based) cylinders
in a variety of types (single-acting, double-acting, non-tie
rod, ram and others).

We supply reliable products to customers whose requirements
are highly demanding. In specialized applications around the
world, our cylinders deliver outstanding performance, facing
extreme temperatures, rugged terrain or marine environments
and rigorous use, while providing reliable operation and
ease of maintenance.
Oil & Gas industry – land-based and offshore applications
Clover works with some of the largest drilling and rig
manufacturers worldwide. We produce integrated cylinder
systems for drilling platform applications, with the ability
to manufacture hydraulic cylinders up to 50 inches in
diameter and 32 feet in length (soon to exceed 32 feet) for
single-stage units and in excess of 64 feet for telescopic
cylinders. Clover is able to satisfy industry specifics,
including special material requirements (stainless steel
rods, unique seal designs, nickel-chrome coatings and laser
cladding or welded overlay coatings).
Offshore product lines require dependable delivery schedules
due to the extremely high cost of downtime on rigs. This
industry also requires high-quality products and third-party
certification from ABS, DNV or Lloyd’s. Achieving
high-quality products at a competitive price and delivery
schedule involves the application of a quality management
system from the time of order quoting until shipment and
commissioning of the product.
Marine applications
This highly specialized market requires many of the same
skill sets, product features, coating options and
third-party certifications as the offshore Oil & Gas
industry. Clover supplies cylinders for a range of
applications in marine environments, including cylinders and
integrated cylinder systems utilized in ship-mounted cranes
and equipment for lifting heavy cargo, and mooring systems.

industries, the Company applies its technical design,
