Many OEMs rely on Clover to precision-manufacture new
product designs to their own specifications and prints.
Manufacturing capacities
Our manufacturing facility features CNC and multi-axis
high-speed machining,
automated welding equipment, honing capabilities, multiple
large engine lathes, heavy material handling capabilities
and a paint booth for all types of exterior finishes. Here,
we are able to handle projects of varied scope.

Fabricated non-cylinder product solutions
Clover Industries has fabricated a number of end product
applications for the Oil & Gas industry, including riser
spider systems for offshore applications, and pallet locking
systems for military applications. Clover is continuing to
expand its end product capabilities for the Oil & Gas
industry by offering new and unique engineering solutions to
complex industry problems.
Advanced testing/quality management
Clover tests 100% of the cylinders we manufacture. Testing
protocols are developed with the customer to ensure
cylinders perform as designed. Capabilities include drift,
pressure, pull, lift, hydrostatic and other specialized
testing. A new proprietary test fixture is capable of
evaluating cylinders more than 64 feet in length and is
currently used to test all large-bore, telescopic and
single-stage cylinders for the Oil & Gas and Marine
industries.
