Testing

Clover tests 100% of our product hydrostatically to API (American Petroleum Institute) standards, and is capable of performing a variety of customer defined test procedures including but not limited to use of the following:

• Capable of high pressure testing of hydraulic cylinders up to 20,000 psi.
• Multiple test stands with a variety of fluids making us capable of testing to offshore, commercial or even military customer specifications.
• Data collection software used to monitor various items in process of test including oil temperature, pressures and flow rates.
• Internally designed proprietary test fixture capable of supporting cylinders up to 30 inches in diameter and extended lengths of 64 feet.
• Capabilities of testing multiple cylinders or a variety of cylinders at one time.
• High level procedures for ensuring fluid cleanliness including daily monitoring and weekly testing.

Test Reports and Data Books can be provided at request and variations to test protocols can be specified.
