Product Testing – Clover tests all cylinders and accumulators at a minimum of 1.5 times design pressure as outlined in Clover’s Hydrostatic Test Procedures. We use a proprietary test fixture that is capable of testing cylinders up to 30” in diameter and strokes up to 64’ in length. We have four hydraulic power units to test cylinders for our military, offshore and commercial customers. We utilize a sophisticated package of sensors, data logging and analysis software to measure product performance during testing to ensure that we deliver high quality product to our customers.

Design Flexibility – Clover has the experience and flexibility to work with design codes such as AWS, ASME, DNV, API, and ABS. Our design process allows for the use of any design code requested by our customers. Clover has experience working with several of the certifying organizations used in the oil and gas industry, including ABS and DNV.

Certified Welders – Clover welders are highly skilled and experienced. We believe in ongoing education and training to keep current with the latest innovations and technology. Welders are certified to AWS D1.1 for a variety of carbon steel materials (A106BC, 4140, 4340 and other alloys).

Material Traceability Program – Clover Industries’ rigorous material traceability program features the ability to trace material properties, dimensions and other critical information all of the way from a mill heat to a specific product serial number produced by Clover.
