Manufacturing capabilities

Clover Industries is a custom design and manufacturing company with broad and deep machining knowledge and capabilities.

Our manufacturing capabilities include CNC and multiple axis high-speed machining centers, automated welding equipment, multiple medium and large CNC lathes, heavy duty material handling capabilities and a paint booth equipped to handle an unlimited variety of exterior finishes. We recently invested in the newest in mill/turn centers, the Mori Sieki NT6600/4000 and the NT6600/3000. 

A list of some of our equipment capabilities includes:

• Horizontal machining center: 64”x40”x32” wyz travel and a 50-taper cartridge spindle 
• Mutiple 5 axis Mill/Turn machines, capable of machining parts over 42” in diameter and over 160” in length
• Vertical machining center: 50”x26”x25” syz travel and a 50-taper cartridge spindle, handling parts up to 23” wide and 52” in length
• Variety of large CNC turning centers handling parts up to 17” in diameter and 120” in length.
• 3-Axis CNC turning center with live tooling
• Manual engine lathes turning diameters up to 48” and lengths up to 32’
• Multiple boring mills
• Plasma and oxy-fuel cutting system
• Large capacity drilling and tapping equipment

We like to stay on top of the newest technology and invest in equipment that allows us to serve our customers with constantly increasing efficiency and degrees of quality.  At the heart of it all is a highly skilled and knowledgeable workforce with years of experience in design, manufacturing, assembly and testing of custom made hydraulic cylinders piston accumulators and integrated hydraulic systems. 

• Cylinders diameters ranging up to 48 inches
• Accumulator diameters ranging up to 28 inches
• Hydraulic operating pressure up to 10,000 psi
• Single-stage strokes up to 32 feet and telescopic strokes in excess of 64 feet.
• Material handling capabilities up to 20 tons
