Environment / Health / Safety (EHS)

At Clover Industries, we take great pride in our history of continuous improvement in all areas of our company, including environment, health and safety (EHS). With continuous improvement as a core value, we use our EHS process as a management system for conducting our business. We review all stages of product design, manufacturing methods and quality assurance records before shipping any product to customers.

Clover Industries is committed to delivering a safe product to its customers in ways that protect human health and reduce the environment impact to our planet. This is achieved by:

1. Promoting a safety and environmental culture at work as well at home
2. Awareness training on a variety of E/H/S subjects such as accident/near miss investigations, heavy lifting, security, safe driving, waste management, first responder teams, storm water management, MSDS management and others
3. Product design review sessions to proof the final product design and plan the manufacturing process through the shop
4. Testing of product before released to customer

Our focus on safety has generated great results.  Clover has a solid safety record and is proud to continue to provide a safe product to the market and a place to work for our employees.

April 27, 2010 the Wisconsin Safety Council and Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development recognized Clover Industries for the following two awards:

• Outstanding Achievement Award for Excellence in Safety During 2009 for outstanding efforts through exemplary job performance to advance safety
• Certificate of Safety Excellence for a zero 2009 lost time incident rate
